To ensure fairness and consistency for pupils, please note the following points:

-Termination of sessions: if you are no longer needing tuition from me, one month’s notice is required.

-Cancellation or rescheduling requests must be made at least 7 days before the session.

-Cancellation made less than 7 days will be charged 50% of the session fee.

-Cancellation made less than 24 hours in advance will be charged the full fee. Exceptions may be made in the case of emergencies/sickness at the tutor’s discretion. In these cases, I will try to reschedule but cannot guarantee this. 

-Tutor Cancellations: If I need to cancel a session, I will provide as much notice as possible, and you will not be charged.  I will offer to reschedule a session at a mutually convenient time.
